"One shot, one sizzling secret." FX on Hulu unleashes a fiery first-look teaser for its spicy new series, simply titled "The Beauty," the latest Ryan Murphy TV masterpiece. This one is a clear homage to "The Substance," as if Murphy were envious of its success and wants to replicate it in his own unique, perverse way. Agents are dispatched to the City of Light to investigate an STD called "The Beauty" that promises aesthetic enhancements but proves deadly—evading corrupt officials and a mercenary targeting them amidst a suspected government conspiracy. Their journey leads them straight into the sights of "The Corporation," run by Ashton Kutcher, a tech billionaire who has secretly concocted this "miracle drug" and will do anything to safeguard his trillion-dollar empire—including unleashing his lethal enforcer, "The Assassin," played by Anthony Ramos.

Set against the backdrop of Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York, "The Beauty" stars Evan Peters, Anthony Ramos, Jeremy Pope, Ashton Kutcher, Rebecca Hall, and many more. With guest stars like Bella Hadid, Isabella Rossellini, Ben Platt, Jessica Alexander, and Vincent D'Onofrio, it's a "global thriller" that asks: What would you give up for perfection? We already know the answer for most: Anything and everything.
In "The Beauty," the world of high fashion takes a dark turn when international supermodels begin dying in gruesome and mysterious ways. FBI Agents Cooper Madsen (Evan Peters) and Jordan Bennett (Rebecca Hall) head to Paris to uncover the truth. As they delve deeper into the case, they discover a sexually transmitted virus that transforms ordinary people into visions of physical perfection with terrifying consequences. Their path leads them directly into the crosshairs of "The Corporation" (Ashton Kutcher), a shadowy tech billionaire who has secretly concocted this miracle drug and will stop at nothing to protect his trillion-dollar empire—including unleashing his lethal enforcer, The Assassin (Anthony Ramos). As the epidemic spreads, Jeremy (Jeremy Pope), a desperate outsider, is caught in the chaos, searching for purpose as the agents race across the globe to stop a threat that could alter the future of all humanity.
