Finn Wittrock and Alexandra Daddario are diving headfirst into the captivating world of a biographical film that chronicles the journey of Milton S. Hershey, the visionary behind the beloved Hershey chocolate empire. Director Mark Waters' eagerly anticipated feature, titled "Hershey," has concluded its primary phase of filming after more than seven intensive weeks across Pennsylvania, the home state of the chocolate magnate. Wittrock takes center stage as Hershey, with Daddario portraying his devoted wife, Catherine "Kitty" Hershey.

Exclusive glimpses of the duo in their period attire are showcased in the behind-the-scenes set photos accompanying this announcement. "Hershey" revolves around its namesake protagonist, who overcame numerous early obstacles to build one of the world's most iconic brands, while also leaving an indelible mark on education and his local community.

The stellar ensemble cast also includes Alan Ruck, Richard Kind, David Costabile, Heléne Yorke, Michael Moreland Milligan, Francesca Faridany, Daniel David Stewart, and Dina Spybey-Waters, adding depth and nuance to the narrative.

Waters, best known for directing "Mean Girls," helms "Hershey" from a screenplay penned by Sharon Paul and Timothy Michael Hayes. The film is produced by Paul, Mark Tilghman, Mary Aloe, Joshua Harris, and Will Hardy, under the banner of Dandelion Media, in collaboration with the Hershey Entities, and in association with Aloe Entertainment, Peachtree Group, and RCM3.

Filmed across 17 picturesque locations in Pennsylvania, "Hershey" utilized thousands of pieces of chocolate throughout its production. Spanning nearly five decades, from the early 1870s to the late 1910s, the film captures the pivotal moments in Milton S. Hershey's life.

UTA Independent Film Group is actively seeking worldwide distribution for the film, representing its rights. Waters is represented by UTA, while Wittrock is managed by CAA, Mosaic, Weissenbach Management, and Schreck Rose. Daddario, on the other hand, is represented by CAA and Untitled Entertainment.
