On Thursday, Leto and Bridges descended upon the CinemaCon stage to debut the tantalizing teaser for "Tron: Ares." Leto, reminiscing about his childhood fascination with the franchise, exclaimed, "As a kid, I was obsessed with 'Tron.' It was the '80s, and the future felt like it was just around the corner. Addressing the loyal fans who cherished the original "Tron," Leto promised that this sequel "will strike you right in the grid, wherever that grid may reside." Produced by Leto, Sean Bailey, Jeffrey Silver, Justin Springer, Emma Ludbrook, and Steven Lisberger, with Russell Allen serving as executive producer, the film's soundtrack is crafted by the iconic rock band Nine Inch Nails. "Tron: Ares" is poised to mesmerize audiences in theaters on October 10.
