Alec Baldwin is rooting for Hilaria Baldwin to keep her dancing spirit alive. After his wife and her professional dance partner, Gleb Savchenko, became the fourth couple to be voted off the 34th season of *Dancing With the Stars*, the *30 Rock* veteran shared a heartfelt tribute to her on Instagram on October 9.

“I want to say I love you, Hilaria, and I’m proud of you,” Alec wrote. “It’s been wonderful for our family to rally around you and support you, just as you support us every single day. This journey has been such a significant part of your life, and seeing it come to fruition as a dream come true for you is truly special.”

The actor, who shares children Carmen, 11; Rafael, 10; Leonardo, 8; Romeo, 7; Eduardo, 4; María Lucía, 4; and Ilaria, 2, with his wife of 13 years, and also has daughter Ireland Baldwin, 29, from his previous relationship with Kim Basinger, concluded his message with a tender note to Hilaria. “So congratulations, and never stop dancing,” Alec encouraged. “Never stop dancing, Hilaria. I love you so much.”

For her part, Hilaria had an emotional response to her elimination on October 7. “We’re okay,” she told E! News in a joint interview with Gleb following their exit. “I mean, we’re not thrilled, but we’re okay at the same time. It’s a mixed bag of feelings.”

It was when she spoke about her children that Hilaria’s emotions overflowed. “The first night we arrived in LA... I said to my daughter, because I’m always so open with my kids, ‘What if I get voted off right away?’” she recalled. “She said, ‘Mommy, at least you tried.’ And I hope they always remember that: At least I tried.”

Meanwhile, Gleb highlighted Hilaria’s remarkable achievements during her four-week stint on the show. “You gave it your all, and I’m so proud of you,” he told her. “I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to dance with you because it felt like I was transported back to my competitive days. I’ve never danced a samba at that level on *Dancing With the Stars* or even on tour.”

“We made people feel what we were feeling in that moment,” the professional dancer continued. “It was so genuine, so authentic. And you’re a real, true superhero—in the studio, on the dance floor, and at home, where you’re an amazing mom to your seven incredible kids.”

Hilaria and Gleb were eliminated from the ABC competition series during the October 7 episode, becoming the fourth couple to exit after Lauren Jauregui and her partner Brandon Armstrong, Corey Feldman and his partner Jenna Johnson, as well as Baron Davis and his partner Britt Stewart.

Lauren and Brandon’s elimination, in particular, came as a surprise to judges, contestants, and fans alike. Upon hearing the news, Lauren summed up her shock in one word: “Pissed.” However, the *Fifth Harmony* alum had much more to say to her partner, Brandon. “Honestly, I’m so grateful to have had you as my partner,” she said as they shared a heartfelt hug. “Thank you so much.”
