Amanda Bynes is celebrating a monumental fitness milestone, revealing that she's dropped a significant 30 lbs. thanks to Ozempic, which has inspired her to continue her health journey with renewed vigor. "I'm usually not a fan of paparazzi photos, especially when I weighed 180 lbs., but now that I've lost 28 lbs. on Ozempic, I'm down to 152 lbs. and this photo is truly inspiring to me!" she captioned a candid photo of herself in ripped jeans, a Lady Gaga graphic T-shirt, and a petite blue handbag.

Last year, Amanda opened up about her struggles with mental health that led to weight gain and her desire to make a change in her lifestyle. "I've gained over 20 lbs. in the past few months due to depression," she shared on an Instagram Story in March 2024. "I'm doing much better now and have learned to take opposite action when I don't feel like working out or eating clean." At the time, she shared her goal of getting back down to 110 lbs.
Since then, the She's the Man star has been making steady progress with her wellness goals. "Down 6 lbs.," she wrote on her November 5 Instagram Story with a shocked emoji. "I'm now 154 lbs!" Accompanying the message was a screenshot of her Apple Fitness summary, showcasing how she had surpassed her daily move goal by over 150 calories and walked almost 15,000 steps.
But Amanda's journey hasn't just been about the numbers on the scale. She's also been using social media to try to capture the attention of an ex. "Am I the only one who's trying to win back their ex through every Instagram post?" she asked in an April 2024 Instagram Story. "Let me know if I'm the only one." While she didn't specify which ex she was referring to, Amanda was last publicly linked to Paul Michael, who proposed in 2020 before the couple called it quits in 2021. And before their engagement was called off, they also ended their joint podcast venture: Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast. "The first episode of my podcast did really well," she shared on her Instagram Story in December 2023. "I was actually surprised and of course, was going to keep going after friends encouraged me to." However, as she added, "I would rather get my manicurist license and have a consistent job than continue with podcasting."
