Amber Rose revealed in a Wednesday interview on "Club Shay Shay" that her former partner, Kanye West, once coerced her into wearing a sheer dress, despite her tearful protests and heated arguments against it. Reflecting on West's penchant for controlling the style of his now-wife Bianca Censori, Rose recounted a harrowing incident where the controversial rapper insisted she don a transparent gown.
"I vividly recall sobbing," she confided to Shannon Sharpe. "We were in Italy or Paris, somewhere like that, and I was fighting with him, pleading that I absolutely didn't want to wear that nonsense. I didn't want it near me." She admitted, however, that she eventually succumbed when he asserted, "You just don't get it; it's fashion. I'm a genius."
"I still didn't want to wear it, but I caved and put it on anyway. And sure enough, I was torn apart online," she continued. When Sharpe inquired about why she acquiesced during their relationship from 2008 to 2010, Rose responded, "I was so young then. Was I going to tell Kanye no when he was spoiling me with all those luxurious things? Besides, I did look stylish and cool in his clothes."
She further elaborated that when photographed solo while dating West, she was clad in his attire – "baggy jeans, a T-shirt, and an oversized jacket," the 41-year-old recounted, adding that she raided his wardrobe because she loathed dressing "provocatively."
Rose also shared with Sharpe that West dresses his partners as he does because "he thrives on other men being sexually attracted to his women." "That's his fetish. He adores it. He finds joy in men drooling over his female companions," she added, asserting that he imposed the same dress code on her and his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. "He even desires his friends to be sexually enticed by his girlfriend. He craves his significant other to be the most desirable person in any room she enters. That's what turns him on."
Last March, the OnlyFans creator had claimed that the Grammy winner had pushily seductively adjusted her dress, despite her conservative values. "I'm actually quite conservative," she stated in an episode of "Just B with Bethenny Frankel." "I've always been conservative since I was young."
