During his recent tour stop in Mexico City, Bad Bunny showered the capital with love, delivering a poignant message during his performance as the second of an eight-show run on Thursday. The Puerto Rican star referred to Mexico City as his "home," exhorting the crowd to cherish every moment and not to let their energy dwindle in the face of negativity.
As he concluded the show, he urged the audience, "I hope you enjoyed this night...and that you keep enjoying it because it's not over yet." The singer continued, "Live every moment that life gifts you. With all my heart and sincerity, I tell you, don't waste your time listening to critics. Many of them are people who don't even know you. Don't live in the past or ruminate on mistakes—we learn from them. What has already occurred cannot be changed, and no one knows what will happen tomorrow."
As he sang the lyrics of his hit song BAILE INOLVIDABLE, he encouraged the concertgoers, "What we can do is live in the moment. If you dare, put your phones away for this moment... If you wish to live an experience that won't be repeated, raise your arms."
During the second night in North America, Bad Bunny gushed over Mexico City during the second act at La Casita Stage. "I like being a tourist in Mexico," he said. "Although you have all made me feel right at home." He added with emotion, "Only we understand the sentiment and the love we have for our land, our culture. So thank you, Mexico, for loving this Puerto Rican with all your heart."
