**As the curtains rise on a new chapter in her illustrious career, Bella Hadid embarks on an exhilarating journey as a supermodel in FX's highly anticipated series, "The Beauty." This isn't just a tentative dip into the world of acting – it's a full-fledged plunge!**
The fashion icon, who has graced the covers of international Vogue over 30 times and was even named Model of the Year by the British Fashion Council in 2022, is now venturing into the realm of acting with "The Beauty." After playing minor roles in "Ramy" and "Yellowstone," Hadid is eager to showcase her talents on the big screen.
During the premiere of the show in New York City on Wednesday night, Hadid spoke candidly about her future aspirations. "I would love to continue acting after this. It's a dream of mine," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "I've brought my artistic side and creativity to modeling, but at the end of the day, I love being able to move and I love film and acting in general. I admire actors because they can embody different characters for so many different people."

A major draw for Hadid was the opportunity to work with the show's co-creator, Ryan Murphy. "Ryan has an incredible mind. I love his brain. I love his heart," she said. "He's someone I really look up to when it comes to directing, and I think he brings fantasy into so many things. I'm just grateful that he gave me this opportunity."
While Hadid portrays a model in the series who goes on a violent rampage in the trailer, she noted that her real-life profession doesn't necessarily translate to what she does on screen. "The modeling has no connection to what I did on this set, to be honest – it was the complete opposite of anything I've ever done," she told THR.
"The Beauty" is a body horror series that stars Ashton Kutcher as The Corporation, a tech billionaire who builds a trillion-dollar empire around a super drug called The Beauty, which he unleashes on supermodels in the fashion world. The drug, which can also be spread through sexually transmitted diseases, comes with severe consequences. The show ultimately asks: What are you willing to sacrifice for beauty? Hadid, who is also the sister of fellow supermodel Gigi Hadid, believes the answer is simple: "Just be who you are."
Other stars rounding out the cast include Evan Peters, Rebecca Hall, Anthony Ramos, and Jeremy Pope. Amelia Gray Hamlin, Ari Graynor, Ben Platt, Billy Eichner, Isabella Rossellini, Jaquel Spivey, Jessica Alexander, Jon Jon Briones, John Carroll Lynch, Julie Halston, Lux Pascal, Meghan Trainor, Nicola Peltz Beckham, Peter Gallagher, and Vincent D’Onofrio are set to guest star. Matthew Hodgson co-created and wrote the series with Murphy.
"The Beauty" is set to release its first three episodes on Wednesday, Jan. 21, followed by weekly releases.
