The 22-year-old artist revealed that someone had commented, "I don't even know why I hate Benson Boone, but it feels right," prompting him to swiftly offer his own rejoinder to this perplexing statement.
While the celebrated singer appeared unfazed by the criticism itself, he did express a desire for a semblance of logic in the remarks. In a bid to facilitate this, Boone thoughtfully provided a handful of illustrative criticisms that his adversaries might employ, labeling one as "extremely valid." He even captioned his TikTok video with the phrase, "I'm literally giving you ideas."
"If you harbor disdain for me or my music, at least have a legitimate reason for it," Boone penned. "I recently stumbled upon a comment stating, 'I don't even know why I hate Benson Boone, but it feels right.' What?! How am I expected to grow and evolve after reading something like that?
