Forget about a "Rob and Chyna" Christmas reboot. After Blac Chyna hinted at a possible reconciliation with ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian—their co-parent of 9-year-old daughter Dream Kardashian—the model offered a heartfelt update on her current relationship status.
In a photo posted on Instagram on December 22nd, Chyna (real name Angela Renée White) posed pensively in an all-black ensemble, her deep red lipstick accentuating the moody look further with a bright green wig. Accompanying the image, she wrote in onscreen text, "Guess who's ending the year solo."
Less than three months prior, the 37-year-old and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum—who began their relationship in 2016 and got engaged the following year before parting ways—sparked rumors of a romantic reunion after she cryptically wrote in an Instagram post, "This love is forever @robkardashianofficial." And while Rob, 38, liked the October 14th post, sources told E! News that the former couple were not back together romantically.
The would-be relationship revival wasn't the only eventful moment in Chyna's love life this year. The Lashed by Blac Chyna founder—who also shares son King Cairo, 13, with ex-fiancé Tyga—parted ways with ex-fiancé Derrick Milano in July, explaining that the former couple had come to the decision "after much prayer and reflection."
"We love each other deeply and are good friends," she wrote in an Instagram Stories post at the time, "but we both believe that God's guidance has shown us that this is the right path for both of us, as we each continue our journeys."
The following month, Chyna confirmed that the split was not due to infidelity by either party, adding that she was using the breakup as an opportunity to realign her priorities. "I really need to focus on myself and my kids," she told Entertainment Tonight, "and my spirituality and everything that comes with that."
