In a new interview with Country Countdown USA, Shelton addressed these rumors head-on. When the host mentioned that it's tough to Google him and even said that they'd just Googled him to check if there was something they didn't know about, Shelton replied, "I'm telling you, it's amazing. Starting in October or maybe November, I started noticing these articles popping up about Blake and Gwen, saying they're split up. They're not even seeing each other. They're going through a divorce."
He then joked about how, a week later, a picture would surface showing the couple heading out of the grocery store, with headlines claiming they were back together. He further added that if they weren't seen together at the grocery store again the next week, the headlines would say they were heading for a divorce.
Shelton, 49, emphasized that he no longer trusts what he sees on the internet. "I don't believe anything anymore that I see on the internet," he said. "I mean, nothing. I just don't believe it."
