Nikki Glaser has once again captured the hearts of the audience with her witty jokes. This time, she left everyone in stitches as she hosted the Golden Globe Awards for the second consecutive year. During her monologue, she took the opportunity to poke fun at several A-listers, including George Clooney, Jennifer Lawrence, and many more. However, it was her joke about Leonardo DiCaprio that had everyone in the room roaring with laughter.
As she graced the Golden Globes stage on January 11th, Nikki cracked jokes on various A-listers, including the beloved actor Leonardo DiCaprio. The actor was once again at the receiving end of a roast during her monologue at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
"What a career you've had," said Glaser on stage. "Countless iconic performances, you've worked with every great director, you've won three Golden Globes, an Oscar, and the most impressive thing is you were able to accomplish all of that before your girlfriend turned 30."
Her roast immediately left everyone in the room laughing. Even DiCaprio couldn't help but laugh off her jibe. However, the 41-year-old star quickly softened the blow and apologized, saying, "Leo, I'm sorry I made that joke. It's cheap. I tried not to but, like, we don't know anything else about you, man. There's nothing else. Open up!" she admitted, drawing even more laughs as quoted by Fox News.
"The most in-depth interview you've ever given was in Teen Beat magazine in 1991," she told him from the stage. "Is your favorite food still 'pasta, pasta and more pasta?'" the comedian asked, to which the 51-year-old star agreed with a nod and a thumbs up.
The Hollywood icon's love life has often been a topic of discussion over the years. Over the past two years, DiCaprio has been in a relationship with 27-year-old Italian model Vittoria Ceretti. The two were first romantically linked in 2023.
