At the glamorous premiere of his latest movie, "F1," the 61-year-old Hollywood legend shed some light on his potential future projects with the daredevil "Mission: Impossible" star.
With a twinkle in his eye, Pitt told E! News on June 9th, "I'm not about to dangle my posterior off airplanes or pull any other crazy stunts like that. But if Cruise ever tackles a project that keeps his feet firmly on the ground, I'm all ears."
Despite Cruise, 62, being synonymous with his breathtakingly daring feats, it appears that a shift in approach might be in order if these two titans of cinema are to make magic together once again.
Meanwhile, Cruise, the iconic "Top Gun" actor, has shown immense appreciation for Pitt's talents. In a viral social media video, he raved about "F1," describing it as a "joyous cinematic experience."
When quizzed about Pitt's heartfelt shout-out, the "Fight Club" star replied warmly, "It's incredibly sweet of him. He's a genuinely kind soul. We did have our go-kart racing days back in the early 90s, remember?"
