Brandi Glanville has candidly spoken about the exorbitant cost of removing her breast implants, revealing that they were the underlying cause of her facial disfigurement. In a recent episode of the I Do, Part 2 podcast on February 26th, the 53-year-old television personality claimed that her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, failed to offer her the support she needed during her health scare.

Alluding to her 20-year-old implants, Brandi stated, "They were making me sick. I consulted with 21 doctors and spent a staggering $200,000, despite having insurance. The team at Kaiser, my insurance provider, was not much help. I had to pay out of pocket to see specialists, infectious disease doctors, rheumatologists – every conceivable doctor I could think of.”
Initially, her mammograms came back "fine," and medical officials did not identify the implants as the root of her issues. "It happened overnight," Brandi revealed. "I have bizarre lumps in my neck... I still have them. I can't explain the brain fog or the fatigue." Through a sonogram, the doctor discovered that her right breast had "ruptured" and had "leaks," resulting in "silicone in both my lymph nodes."
Now, Brandi admits that she feels much better after the removal of her implants. "I'm two weeks out now, but the first week I was so excited to be moving that I overdid it," she shared. Despite this setback, she's now dealing with the aftermath.
As a mother to Mason, 18, and Jake, 20, Brandi claimed that her ex-husband did not offer any support during this difficult time. "He hasn't shown support," Brandi noted. "But we're getting along and that's all I can ask for. We celebrate holidays together." She added, "I missed a few because I was ill and it sucked not to be with my boys. I literally would lay in bed for four days straight."
