Law enforcement sources revealed exclusively to TMZ that authorities responded to a call alleging Cruz assaulted a woman’s daughter—reportedly dousing her with a garden hose. According to a source close to the case, Cruz was hosing down his car outside his Silverlake, Los Angeles, home when he asked the girl to step aside.
