According to images published by Page Six, Britney Spears was recently spotted in Los Angeles holding what appeared to be a champagne flute during a brief visit to Stonehaus wine bar in Westlake Village. However, her team later clarified with the Daily Mail that she did not consume any alcohol during her outing.
In a video shared on Instagram Thursday, the "Toxic" singer addressed the paparazzi photos, calling them "incredibly mean" and stating that they consistently capture "the worst photos" of her. She added that she "can't go anywhere" without harassment, describing the situation as "so offensive."

The photos showed the singer leaving the wine bar with the assistance of a staff member, keeping a low profile with sunglasses and a white lace scarf, paired with a brown plaid blazer, cropped lace top, low-rise jeans, heels, and a taupe handbag. Her makeup featured bright red lipstick, and her hair was styled in loose waves.
This sighting comes amid renewed public concern over Spears' well-being. Weeks earlier, she was seen driving erratically after leaving the Red-O restaurant in Thousand Oaks. A Daily Mail source linked this stress to Kevin Federline's newly released memoir, "You Thought You Knew," claiming it had sent her "in a tailspin" and that "she's spiraling. It's reopening old wounds."
Spears dismissed speculation over that incident, writing, "If anyone is wondering, the lookalike was not me." Federline's book alleges past infidelity and drug use, which Spears has denied, calling them "extremely hurtful," "exhausting," and "constant gaslighting." She stated, "Those white lies in that book, they are going straight to the bank and I am the only one who genuinely gets hurt here."
