Chappell Roan has permanently bid farewell to caffeine, confessing that she made the resolution during the festive season of Christmas. In an exclusive conversation on the Las Culturistas podcast on April 16th, Wednesday, the soulful Pink Pony Club vocalist elaborated on her decision to abstain from caffeine, attributing it to its severe impact on her health and dwindling mental stability. She recounted, "I was already teetering on the edge of anxiety, so if I wanted to reclaim my serenity, I needed to eliminate every trace of stimulants from my life. Every last one. That's why I quit during the Christmas holiday."
Rogers, intrigued by her steadfast avoidance of caffeine, inquired with curiosity, "So, does that mean your intake is nil at this point? Absolutely nothing?"
The 27-year-old artist swiftly addressed his query, infusing her response with a touch of honesty and humor, "Well, let me clarify with an asterisk. I'm still neck-deep in a cocktail of medications, mind you. I have insomnia and am diagnosed with bipolar disorder. So, navigating life without sleep and with marijuana use can be incredibly challenging."
Despite her definitive break from caffeine, Roan maintains her prescribed medications to manage her bipolar disorder and other health conditions.
