Tayler Holder has decided to take a step back and focus on his mental health, announcing the cancellation of the remaining dates of his "When No One's Around" Tour. The tour, which initially launched in Commerce, Texas, on May 1st, was met with excitement and anticipation from fans.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram on May 11th, Tayler addressed his fans, friends, and anyone who had planned to attend the shows. "This is one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make," he began, explaining that he needed to prioritize his mental wellbeing over his career.

"Over the past several months, I've been struggling with my mental health in ways that I can no longer ignore," the 28-year-old singer continued. "I've tried to push through this and give everything I have to the music and the people who support me, but truthfully, I've reached my limit. I need to take a step back and focus on getting healthy."
Despite achieving his "ever dreamed of" goals, Tayler revealed that he still felt "so lonely" and "so unfulfilled." He expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to perform for his fans, saying, "Performing for you guys is the greatest privilege of my life, and this decision was not made lightly."
The "Nothin' But Neon" singer also apologized to his fans who had made plans and spent money on his shows, noting that he was "sorry for the disappointment this causes."
As for how Tayler plans to spend his time away from the stage, he wrote: "I'm taking this time to rest, seek support, and reconnect with myself away from the pressure and pace of touring." He thanked his fans for their patience, compassion, and continued support, saying it meant more than they could ever know. He urged them to take care of themselves and each other.
Tayler is not the first celebrity to cancel a tour to focus on their mental health in recent months. Meghan Trainor also made a similar decision, citing the need to spend time with her family.
"Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take on right now," she wrote in an Instagram Story on April 16th. "I need to be home and present for each and all of them at this time." She added that she would be back soon and couldn't wait for fans to hear her new record.
