Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell's love story is as open as an ever-unfolding door, welcoming warmth and joy to every corner of their lives. The Armchair Expert host and Frozen actress ushered in the new year with their daughters, Lincoln, 12, and Delta, 11, surrounded by family and friends in a celebration brimming with laughter and love.
"Bonkers fun New Years," Dax shared on Instagram alongside several snaps of himself and Kristen, capturing the essence of their festive evening. "Also, we're laughing because our daughter had all four fingers over all three lenses, and yet somehow it took! May all of 2026 go this way."

Kristen, 45, echoed her husband's sentiments in his comments, writing, "Love love loved this adventure!!!" She further added a touch of her own by sharing photos from the evening, captioning them with the words, "Family 2026."
Kristen—who wed Dax in an intimate ceremony in 2013—often reflects on how she and the 51-year-old have maintained their loving marriage in the public eye. "I don't like the idea that you're looking for your perfect puzzle piece because you also have to become a puzzle piece that fits with someone else," she said on SiriusXM's Andy Cohen Live in October. "So if you find two people who are willing to make it work, that means you're going to compromise constantly, and those compromises should work well for both of you."
She added, "Sometimes it's going to ebb and sometimes it's going to flow, but we're not going to have checks and balances because we're going to realize it's not me against you, it's us against the world." And it helps that she and Dax "understand each other's highs and lows and excitements and complaints."
"We're both creative," she continued, "so we can get deep into some random conversation and just feel like we're creating something together." Ultimately, she's thankful for how she and Dax have navigated their relationship and that they both work hard to ensure their marriage is a success. "I am glad I chose my husband," she said, "because he has a commitment to growth at all times."
