Tom Brady was in the spotlight, sharing his love for hockey in the new year. Two days after spending New Year’s Eve with Alix Earle, the seven-time Super Bowl champion attended the 2026 Discover NHL Winter Classic game between the New York Rangers and the Florida Panthers at loanDepot Park in Miami on January 2nd. In pictures shared to the National Hockey League’s Instagram, Tom posed with the iconic Stanley Cup while representing merch for the Florida Panthers alongside former hockey star Paul Bissonnette.

The 48-year-old’s stop in the Sunshine State came after a quick trip to St. Barths, where he was spotted hanging out with Alix on December 31st in videos obtained by People and TMZ. In one clip, the Dancing With the Stars finalist—who recently ended his relationship with current NFL star Braxton Berrios—leaned into Tom and rubbed his back while whispering in his ear.

Before spending the evening with Tom, she forecasted “good vibes.” In a GRWM TikTok video, the 25-year-old noted that she and her friends had been “staying on a boat,” but were heading to a party that was “gonna be on land.” For his part, Tom—dad to Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, as well as Jack, 18, with ex Bridget Moynahan—shared his reflections on 2025 in an Instagram post ahead of his night with Alix.

“For me, the end of the year always helps to put things into perspective,” he wrote. “Growth doesn’t really happen unless you’re willing to challenge yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. That’s something I try to live by and keep coming back to as I learn more with each passing year.” And despite his cryptic social media messages amid Gisele’s recent marriage to jiu jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, Tom emphasized his love for family.

“I’m so grateful for my loving and supportive family,” he continued, “and for a meaningful career with people I care deeply about and for all the time spent showing up for both.”
