Demi Lovato proudly displays her "lionheart" on her sleeve, a symbol of her unwavering courage and strength. During her "It's Not That Deep Tour" in New York City on April 24th, the "Lionheart" singer surprised her husband, Jutes, by bringing him on stage for a performance of their wedding song, "Iris" by the Goo Goo Dolls.

In a heartwarming video shared on TikTok, Demi, dressed in a striking red bodysuit and matching gloves, announced to the crowd, "I wanna do something really special. My husband is here. Baby, will you come up here?" Jutes, born Jordan Lutes, stepped out onto the stage in an all-black outfit and was met with a standing ovation from the audience.

Demi, 33, asked Jutes, 35, "What do you say we sing together for the first time?" to which he replied, "Let's do it." The couple then serenaded each other with the powerful 1998 love song that Goo Goo Dolls frontman John Rzeznik performed live for their first dance during their May 2025 wedding.

As they held hands and sang to each other during the emotional duet, Demi and Jutes showed off some PDA, sharing a kiss as they embraced. Following the heartfelt performance, Demi exclaimed, "Give it up for my baby!" while Jutes echoed, "Give it up for my baby!"

Recently, the Disney Channel alum shared insight into how she falls "in love more and more every day" with the "Red Velvet" singer. "I really thought on my wedding day—that was maxed out, like the most amount of love that you'll ever feel for a person," Demi told E! News in an interview published on April 7th. "And then time goes by and you just form this connection that is so intimate and so fulfilling that you just fall completely more and more in love."

"We laugh, we have so much fun together," she added. "We stay up late laughing until we're crying and it just feels like a giant sleepover with your best friend that you happen to be really, really attracted to."
