This revealing attire placed her cleavage on full and glorious display, prompting the pop sensation to call attention to her plastic surgery mishap.
"Please, don't focus on my contracted implant; it's all I ask," Doja penned in a weekend post shared on X. The medical condition, known as capsular contracture, involves the development of scar tissue surrounding the breast implant, which can alter its shape and sometimes induce discomfort, according to the Mayo Clinic.
As Doja walked the red carpet and later took to the stage following performances by Meghan Trainor, Gwen Stefani, and others, her left breast appeared noticeably askew and misshaped. However, this unexpected twist did little to deter her from delivering an exhilarating show for her devoted fans, belting out hits such as "Say So," "Paint the Town Red," and "Ain't S--t."
The 29-year-old musician has always been upfront about her journey with cosmetic surgery. In 2023, Doja disclosed that she had undergone liposuction and breast reduction surgeries. "Four days into recovery right now," she wrote on X during her recuperation, adding, "It feels okay. I got lipo, so my thighs hurt a lot if I move too much. But I'm healing remarkably fast." She clarified that she hadn't undergone a fat transfer and had reduced her breasts to a 32C bra size, quipping, "Wish I could suck my own [boobs]; they look so good right now, god damn."
It remains uncertain when Doja underwent breast augmentation surgery to have her implants inserted. Despite her own cosmetic enhancements, Doja famously took aim at the Kardashian family for being "plastic" in her 2023 song "W-t Vagina."
