Erika Jayne's romantic life is far from being in disarray. In fact, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star recently revealed that she's been enjoying a "truly delightful" time with her boyfriend, John “Shrek” McPhee, whom she was first romantically associated with back in July. "I was in Panama last week, and I underwent a stem cell treatment at this remarkable clinic," Erika shared with her co-host, Teddi Mellencamp, on the October 12th episode of their iHeartRadio podcast, "Diamonds in the Rough." "It was undoubtedly one of the most memorable trips I've ever had in my entire life. John and I went together."

The 54-year-old continued, "We had dates, dinners, held hands, and strolled through the historic streets of Panama City—it was absolutely charming. I was able to simply be present, clear my mind, and I felt genuinely content there." While the couple has yet to make their red-carpet debut or officially announce their relationship on Instagram, Erika expressed that her next chapter "is wide open."

"I'm just not sure what's coming next, and sometimes, that's perfectly fine," she added. "I crave inner peace. After the tumultuous last five years, I just want peace." Indeed, the past few years have been an emotional rollercoaster for the "Pretty Mess" singer. Although she filed for divorce from Tom Girardi in 2020 after over two decades of marriage, her ex-husband's legal troubles have stalled the divorce proceedings. (Tom was sentenced to over seven years in prison this June on wire fraud charges.)

"It's heartbreaking to witness someone you once loved, respected, and honored end up like this," Erika told "Extra" last year after Tom was found guilty of his crimes. "But I also have to accept the reality and move forward. There's nothing left for me there, and I can't do anything about it. It's beyond my control, but what I can control is the future of my life."

As for John? The retired U.S. Army Special Operations Sergeant Major is no stranger to the challenges of ending a marriage. "That's tough on everyone," he shared on "The Megyn Kelly Show" in May, explaining how he had been divorced "several times" due to his military career overseas. "Only those with perfect relationships managed to keep their marriages intact after the war. And I'd say the majority of guys end up divorced."
