It sounds as though the set of Euphoria was a veritable oasis of pure bliss. Jessica Blair Herman, who played a critical neighbor to the characters of Sydney Sweeney and Jacob Elordi in Season Three, recently dismissed rumors of tension among the series' cast, underscoring that all the actors got along famously.

"They truly did," Jessica told Good Day NY host Rosanna Scotto in the April 27 episode. "And I'm not just saying that."

The 39-year-old actress, who portrayed the judgmental neighbor of Sydney and Jacob's characters, further denied any rift between Sydney and her costar Zendaya. "There was no drama," Jessica insisted. "In reality, they've cultivated a beautiful working relationship, and everyone is eager to do their part and come in to do the job."

However, she conceded that Zendaya's Rue and Sydney's Cassie don't interact much onscreen. "To be fair, when I was there, they didn't share scenes," she added. "Their storylines are quite separate, and you're shooting on different days."

As for Jessica's experience working alongside Sydney on the Sam Levinson show? "It was fantastic," she explained. "I feel incredibly fortunate because working with Sam was a dream come true. And then I got on set, and my first scene was with Sydney. She's so generous and vulnerable."

Even when Sydney had to perform in challenging scenes, Jessica said, "You can sense this truly beautiful, vulnerable, open heart. She's a genuine artist. And I feel incredibly fortunate to have shared some scenes with her."

Meanwhile, the show's composer Labrinth announced his abrupt exit in March, weeks before the Season Three premiere, and later hinted at difficulties with the creative team behind the HBO show. "People will comfortably lie in this industry and still call themselves honest people," he wrote on his Instagram Story on April 11, as reported by Deadline. "So no cap – I decided to remove whatever music I had in it. I spoke to HBO; as far as I know, we're cool."

The Emmy winner continued, "I left because, last truth, when I work for someone, their vision is paramount to me. But I won't let people treat me like s---."
