A former Nickelodeon actor, Tylor Chase, 36, who played Martin Qwerly on the popular series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide from 2004 to 2007, has been spotted living on the streets of Riverside, Los Angeles. A video that surfaced in September shows Chase in a worn-out Los Angeles Raiders polo shirt, holding up his jeans as he speaks to the person filming him.

As the clip circulated, a GoFundMe page was established in Chase's name, and more than $1,200 was raised. However, his mother later took down the fundraiser, saying, "Tylor needs medical attention, not money. But he refuses it." She added, "I have gotten him several phones, but he loses them within a day or two. He can't manage money for his meds by himself."
Chase's former co-stars Devon Werkheiser, Lindsey Shaw, and Daniel Curtis Lee discussed his situation during an episode of their Ned's Declassified Podcast Survival Guide. Lee shared his initial reaction after seeing the footage: "I was angry when I first saw it because I thought, why put a camera on someone's face in hard times? But then I was upset with myself because I feel powerless to do much."
Shaw expressed her desire to meet Chase in person: "You can't do much, but I would love to go speak with him and just love on him and look him in the eye. I miss Tylor, I love Tylor so much." Werkheiser spoke about the impact of seeing the footage: "It is painful and shocking to see where he is currently at. It's hard to see someone you know and love from a really special time, and a really sweet person, that this is where life has ended up. It's hard, man."
They all expressed hope that they could help get Chase back on a better path and see what they can do to make a difference.
