Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas's night was a fairy tale at the Zootopia 2 premiere in Los Angeles on November 13th. The Once Upon a Time alumni stole the show for one crucial reason: they were accompanied by their sons, Oliver, 10, and Hugo, 8, on their first-ever red carpet outing.
"My family is here," Ginnifer exclusively told E! News on the Zootopia 2 red carpet. "We have never let our children go to Hollywood anything. We're very private."

The Something Borrowed star admitted that the milestone step required some convincing. "They campaigned to come," Ginnifer shared. "And we were like, 'You're right.'"
While she described the premiere as "an opportunity for us to celebrate this altogether as a family," the actress also said it wouldn't change her and her husband's approach to parenting. "We've explained to them we're still not going to be posting about them," she said, "and they're not allowed to Google themselves."
Ginnifer and Josh—who married in 2014—have mostly opted to keep their sons out of the spotlight, but as Ginnifer explained, Oliver and Hugo were set on coming to the Zootopia sequel premiere because they are huge fans of the original 2016 cartoon. "They actually campaigned to come to the world premiere," the 47-year-old shared on Good Morning America on November 10th, noting that the two had "never been to Hollywood anything."
But they were determined, with Ginnifer joking they put on a "PowerPoint presentation about why they should be able to come." So, of course, she and Josh, 46, began explaining what it's like on a red carpet, making note of all the photographers that would likely be there. "They asked us, 'Is it gonna be crazy like when we left the Knicks game that time?'" Ginnifer recalled. "We had seen a Knicks game. We walked out the back door. There were two photographers. And I was like, 'Oh, we're gonna have to show them some videos of what these are like.'"
But it was worth it for her boys to see her Zootopia character Judy Hopps "get a lot of limelight," as Ginnifer explained it's the only time her kids—who she called "Disney nuts"—enjoyed one of her performances. "They actually don't like watching my husband or me in anything live action," she said. "It freaks them out. Even Once Upon a Time—they don't wanna see it." However, she confessed, "I was able to start putting Zootopia on at a really young age because they didn't know it was me. And they are ecstatic."
