Nick Kroll is a true admirer of Harry Styles, and it's not surprising why. In 2020, during the filming of "Don't Worry Darling," the "Watermelon Sugar" singer played a pivotal role in helping the creator of "Big Mouth" devise a heartfelt proposal for his then-fiancée, Lily Kwong.
"It was amidst the pandemic's turmoil, and I was planning to propose to my wife," Nick recounted on the April 27 episode of the "SmartLess" podcast. "We had just finished the table read, and we were all hanging out, and I was trying to figure it out."

As for the proposal itself, Nick continued, "We had just moved into our new house, and I had a box. I said, 'Can you just move this last box?' And she was like, 'You make me move the f--king box?'" But then, he added, "She opened the box, and there were flowers and the ring."
Despite Harry's initial help in devising the proposal, Nick revealed that the "sweet boy" didn't stop there. "Harry checked in with me to see how it went," he said. "So I told him before we spoke to our families to let them know because he had been checking in."
However, despite Harry's assistance, Nick and Lily decided to exclude him from their wedding guest list. The reason? As the comedian previously said, their Big Sur, Calif., ceremony was "just the two of us."
"Weddings are beautiful, but they're also stressful with a lot of people around," Nick explained to the "Today" show in 2020. "So when you cut it down to just two people and a wedding officiant and a photographer, it was beautiful." As he put it, "It couldn't have been a more magical day."
