Amid the ongoing legal clash between Blake Lively and her co-star and director Justin Baldoni, Lively's contract for "It Ends With Us" has come to light, potentially unveiling some pivotal details.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Baldoni and his legal team recently made public filings that encompassed an unsigned draft of Lively's agreement for the 2024 film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's bestselling novel. The draft disclosed that Lively was slated to receive a fixed compensation of $1.75 million for her portrayal of Lily Bloom.

The proposed contract also delineated that Lively would be entitled to 10 percent of the movie's gross proceeds, in addition to a range of financial bonuses linked to box-office milestones and potential award accolades. As per the document, Lively stood to earn $75,000 for a Golden Globe nomination and a hefty $200,000 if she clinched the award. For the Screen Actors Guild Awards, the bonus framework included $50,000 for a nomination and $75,000 for a win. The Oscars clause was even more generous, offering her $100,000 if nominated and a staggering $200,000 if she brought home the coveted Academy Award. However, following the film's release, Lively did not secure any of these nominations.

The contract further elaborated on several rider provisions, including a personal driver, a pop-out trailer outfitted with luxury amenities, and a weekly stipend of $1,000 for meals and training during the filming in New Jersey and New York. It also noted that Lively, along with her four children with husband Ryan Reynolds, two nannies, her assistant, and her security team, would be transported by private jet for any filming commitments in Las Vegas.

These revelations emerge as Lively remains embroiled in a tense legal feud with Baldoni. The actress has accused her co-star of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her. Baldoni has vehemently denied these allegations.

In response, Baldoni filed a countersuit, alleging that Lively and Reynolds conspired with a PR team to tarnish his reputation. However, that case was dismissed in June after a New York judge ruled that he had failed to substantiate the defamation claims.

A trial in Lively's lawsuit is currently slated for March 2026.
