The fate of Hulk Hogan's will has finally come to light. Following the passing of the former pro-wrestling legend at the age of 71 due to a heart attack in July, court documents obtained by Us Weekly reveal that he bequeathed nearly $5 million in assets to his son with ex-wife Linda Hogan, Nick Hogan. According to these records, the 35-year-old Nick was named as the sole beneficiary of the estate, while Hulk and Linda's estranged daughter, Brooke Hogan, was notably excluded from the will. Additionally, Hulk's widow, Melanie Sky Daily, was recognized as his surviving spouse.

E! News has reached out to representatives for both Brooke and Hulk's estate for comment but has yet to receive a response.

For Nick, Hulk, who passed away on July 24, was not just "the most incredible person" he had ever known but also his hero. "He was the kindest, most loving, and most amazing father anyone could ever ask for," Nick wrote on Instagram. "I feel incredibly blessed to have had the greatest dad in the world. He wasn't just the best dad; he was also my mentor and my closest friend."

"I love and miss him more than words can express," Nick continued. "I thanked him for everything he's ever done for me, told him how much I loved him, and hugged him every chance I got. I spent a lot of time with him over the past few years after moving back to Florida to be closer, and I am so grateful for those memories." The star of "Hogan Knows Best" emphasized, "They are the best moments of my life."

For Brooke, however, her relationship with Hulk (whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea) was more complex. In fact, it was Brooke's husband, Steven Oleksy, with whom she shares 7-month-old twins Oliver and Molly, along with friend Ashley Kora, who posted on her behalf following Hulk's death.

"He died knowing what I know: Brooke loved him deeply, was fiercely loyal, and only ever wanted him to be at peace, happy, and surrounded by people who valued him for who he truly was," Ashley wrote on her Instagram Stories. "He made different choices for himself. But we can still remember him as a devoted father to a little girl with big dreams and an even bigger heart."
