Ice-T is keeping it real when it comes to his wife—literally. The Law and Order: Special Victims Unit star set the record straight after a fan had questions about his wife Coco Austin’s natural beauty. In a Jan. 1 post on X, which featured a photo of Ice and his longtime love celebrating their anniversary, a user replied to the picture, asking, “Is this AI? Happy new year anyhoo.” The “O.G. Original Ganger” rapper cheekily replied, “lol…Nope that’s Coco…She’s pre-AI. Lol.”
In addition to making sure his wife’s assets got proper credit, Ice put his love for Coco on display as he and the model marked 25 years of marriage. “Happy New Year,” he wrote on the Jan. 1 post, which featured a picture of Coco showing off her curves in a form-fitting dress while sitting on his lap. “To everyone on Earth, Coco and my 25th Silver Anniversary… We wish you ALL Happiness, Peace and Prosperity #2026.”
For her part, Coco marked the occasion with a celebratory post of her own. “Happy Anniversary to us! 25 years!,” the 46-year-old wrote next to a picture of her and Ice-T in coordinating holiday outfits. “If you round it, it’s almost 30 years! Lol My knight & shining armor, my peanut butter to my jelly, my pea to my pod.”
“I can’t imagine life without you,” she added. “I remember meeting you in 2001 like it was yesterday… I love you baby.” Letting his love for his wife shine brighter, the 67-year-old replied, “25 incredible years, Baby.”
Ice and Coco aren’t shy when it comes to talking about their decades-long romance and the “jungle sex” that keeps it alive. Indeed, ahead of their milestone anniversary, the New Jack City actor shared another gem about their love, telling E! News in November, “I think you just got to stay in love. How simple is that?” For Coco, communication is key. “Gotta listen to each other,” she shared. “And I know you’ve heard it before: You do have to converse. You do have to have conversations over and over again. You can’t get used to each other.”
But above all, Ice noted, the key is being in love with someone you actually like. “At the end of the day, we just dig each other. It ain’t gonna work no other way trust me,” he said, to which Coco echoed, “We’re the best of friends.”
