Rihanna and A$AP Rocky poured their hearts into celebrating their son RZA's 4th birthday at the Sloomoo Institute, a whimsical slime museum in New York City on May 13. Accompanied by family and friends, the couple turned the entire venue into an "immersive" celebration of fun and play for their eldest child.
Guests were treated to sensory activities, interactive installations, and custom slime creations, all set against an backdrop of "over-the-top balloon decor," according to the museum's representative. But the party didn't stop there. Everyone was invited to experience the museum's signature "Sloomoo Falls," where attendees were doused in gallons of slime. Rihanna, 38, embraced the fun wholeheartedly and participated in the iconic experience, getting drenched in goo while standing under the slime waterfall. She even donned a clear plastic poncho to protect herself from the slime, but even that couldn't dampen her spirits.

The evening was all about celebrating RZA, and it was clear that Rihanna and A$AP had put a lot of thought into making it special for their son. In a separate clip, A$AP held RZA and son Riot in his arms while Rihanna held daughter Rocki as guests sang "Happy Birthday" to the birthday boy. At the end of the video, the couple helped their firstborn blow out the candles on his slime-decorated cake.
Since welcoming RZA into their lives in 2022, Rihanna and A$AP's family has grown by two with the addition of son Riot and daughter Rocki in 2023 and 2025, respectively. Although their longtime friendship didn't turn romantic until the pandemic, Rihanna knew from the beginning that their relationship was special.
"I let God lead and just let go," Rihanna told Interview Magazine in 2024. "Because in previous relationships, I tried and tried my best, and you still feel like it’s not enough. So, when someone sees you completely and believes in you, it’s a great feeling." She added, "I felt the same about him. I knew he would be a great dad."
As for how many more children they might have together, Rihanna shared, "As many as God wants me to have."
