On Saturday, during the premiere of her new film, "Death of a Unicorn," at SXSW, Jenna Ortega intrigued fans by dropping hints about the forthcoming second season of the smash hit series, "Wednesday," revealing that Lady Gaga would be joining the cast. While details about Gaga's role in the upcoming Netflix season, slated for release this year, have been kept tightly under wraps, Ortega shared with reporters on the red carpet in Austin, Texas, that working with Gaga was an unparalleled experience. "It's Gaga—her mere presence, her face alone, is mesmerizing," she enthused. "She's stunningly beautiful and immensely talented. I believe she could stand in a corner and play a tree, and she'd still manage to elevate the scene."

Ortega also admitted she hadn't yet listened to Gaga's latest album, "Mayhem," but added, "I'm incredibly excited. I've been a fan for ages, so maybe I'll give it a listen on my flight out of here."

Prior to reprising her role as Wednesday Addams, Ortega stars in A24's whimsical film, "Death of a Unicorn," alongside Paul Rudd, portraying a father-daughter duo who accidentally strike a unicorn with their car and bring it to a secluded retreat owned by a wealthy pharmaceutical executive. The project, penned and directed by Alex Scharfman, also boasts an impressive ensemble including Will Poulter, Téa Leoni, and Richard E. Grant.

Pitching the film to the audience on the red carpet, Ortega quipped, "With unicorns in the title, if you don't want to watch it, you're missing out on some serious magic. Just give it a chance; what else do you have planned?"

Rudd echoed Ortega's sentiments, expressing his fascination with the title and praising Scharfman's knack for "crafting vivid, quirky characters that are morally ambiguous and hilariously offbeat. They're articulate, bright, and I found the whole experience absolutely delightful."

He further extolled Ortega's virtues, calling her "incredibly talented and the coolest person around. She's so young, but she has this old soul vibe—although I hate that cliché. But seriously, she's an old soul," he laughed, adding.

"Death of a Unicorn" will gallop into theaters on March 28.
