The long-rumored feud between Jennifer Lopez and Gwyneth Paltrow appears to have finally come to an end, according to a source. The two Hollywood stars, once believed to be at odds with each other, have been spotted being cordial at the recent Governors Ball in Los Angeles. This is a stark contrast to the old reports that surfaced in 1998, which claimed that Lopez had taken a dig at Paltrow while the latter was dating Brad Pitt.
The tension between the two became a topic of discussion in 1998, when Lopez, in an interview with Movieline magazine, criticized Paltrow for being more popular for her relationships than her career. "Tell me what she's been in? I swear to God, I don't remember anything she was in. Some people get hot by association. I heard more about her and Brad Pitt than I ever heard about her work," Lopez said.

Despite the attention her comments garnered, leading to feud rumors between the two ladies, a recent source claimed that there is no tension between them anymore. "There is no frost, no bad vibes, they are good," they added. The insider also mentioned that despite their past romantic entanglements with the same man (Ben Affleck), there is no lingering animosity between them.
In 1997, Paltrow reportedly started dating Affleck, whose romance with her lasted till 2000. Two years later, Affleck entered a relationship with Lopez and dated her till 2004. In 2021, the duo reunited and got married the following year, but this year they got divorced. Despite their romantic history and past comments, it seems that the two have put their differences behind them and are now "doing okay" and even "friends."
