Runyon's career spanned decades, starting with her feature film debut in the 1980 slasher film "To All a Good Night." She went on to have supporting roles in the comedies "Up the Creek" and "Ghostbusters," both released in 1984. Her star continued to rise, leading the sitcom "Charles in Charge" during its first season as Gwendolyn Pierce. In 1988, she portrayed Cindy Brady in the television film "A Very Brady Christmas." Additionally, she starred in "The In Crowd" and was part of the pilot for "Quantum Leap." Her impressive list of credits also includes guest appearances on shows like "Murder, She Wrote," "A Man Called Sarge," and "Beverly Hills, 90210."

Born on April 1, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, to radio announcer and disc jockey Jim Runyon and actress Jane Roberts, Jennifer Runyon's life was full of talent and passion. In 1991, she married Todd Corman, a collegiate basketball coach who also worked in film and television production between sports seasons. The couple had two children: a son named Wyatt and a daughter named Bayley.

In 2014, Runyon announced that she was semi-retired from acting and had taken up teaching. Her love for life and devotion to her family and friends will be remembered forever.
