Jessie J has made a heartfelt announcement regarding significant adjustments to her upcoming Acoustic Tour, underscoring her commitment to prioritizing her health above all else. On Thursday, August 28th, the talented singer revealed that her U.K. and European concerts would be postponed, while her U.S. performances would unfortunately have to be canceled altogether.

"Regrettably, I must undergo a second surgery, which, though not grave, necessitates being completed by the year's end," the 37-year-old artist shared in a press release. "This surgery happens to coincide with the tour dates I had already set. I am deeply sorry; I feel both frustrated and heartbroken, but my recovery and healing are paramount."

The tour, initially slated to commence in October 2025, with enchanting stops in Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, and London, has now been rescheduled to April 2026. Tickets already purchased by eager fans will remain valid for the new dates.

However, for her American fans, this time will not bring the joy of witnessing her live on stage, as all U.S. performances have been canceled, with refunds to be issued where tickets were originally purchased.

This announcement arrives mere months after Jessie J bravely disclosed her breast cancer diagnosis. In an Instagram video posted on Thursday, she informed her fans that she had undergone surgery eight weeks prior and that another procedure awaited her in the near future.

"I am living in and embracing the present moment, soaring with the vibes," she elaborated, while candidly acknowledging her feelings of frustration and sadness. She emphasized that dedicating herself to recovery was the sole path forward. "I need to be well. I need to heal, and I know this is the correct decision to make. Therefore, I am postponing the tour until next year."

Jessie also mentioned that while she harbors the hope of eventually performing in the U.S., she cannot confirm when that might occur. "I must be realistic" about her health and the demands of touring, she added.

For now, her focus remains steadfastly on her healing journey, with her fans offering their unwavering support as she takes the necessary time to recuperate before returning to the stage with renewed vigor.
