Jessie J is on the road to recovery after a bump to the head. The "Domino" singer revealed that she was rushed to the hospital for medical attention after bumping her head while getting into a car. "I thought I broke my neck, but I haven't," she said in a March 21 Instagram video chronicling her experience. "But I have really hurt my neck and my back. Don't say it."

The 37-year-old, who was traveling through China for her No Secrets Tour, shared a social media video of the moment before she hit her head on the roof of a black van. In the clip, the "Price Tag" hitmaker can be heard telling her team, "I don't mind squashing in the back" before the incident occurred. The clip then jumped to Jessie getting an MRI scan in the hospital.

"Hit my head," she quipped in the caption. "I should have minded squashing in the back." But Jessie—mom to 2-year-old son Sky with boyfriend Chanan Colman—wasn't going to let the injury stop her from performing a masterpiece of a show. After all, the "Who You Are" singer got right back to work despite the discomfort in her body.

"Yeah, I just can't move my head," she said during sound check. "I'm alright, I'll just have to take some painkillers and march right through it. I just wanna kinda run down the show."

But this wouldn't be the first time that Jessie has opened up about pushing through in the face of health challenges. Indeed, she recently reflected on her "heavy and hard" year amid her battle with breast cancer.

"In a world full of 'everything is fine, I'm happy, I'm good, life is perfect,'" she began on her Instagram Stories Dec. 30. "There is grief, hurt, pain, sadness, heartbreak, and reflection and processing happening this time of year for many of us, alongside the good and great or on its own."

Calling 2025 "one of the hardest but most magical years of my life," Jessie shared "an accumulation of stuff just making its way to the surface and I'm letting it out."

"Sending love to anyone feeling this way too right now," she concluded. "No positive end to this. Just I'm with ya. It's s--t sometimes."
