The pair has been sparking romance rumors since they were spotted together in November, per pictures obtained by TMZ. While neither of them has publicly acknowledged the nature of their relationship, Joe—who shares children Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3, with his ex-wife Sophie Turner—has been candid about how difficult it can be to balance his love life and music career.
