According to sources privy to the developments, these representatives made contact with at least one legal expert early in the week, marking this as not an isolated incident. Another informed source reveals that one of Kanye's reps had already approached another lawyer back in October, amid rumors of marital discord reported by TMZ. At that time, the representative was described as "hot-tempered and angry," and unfortunately for Ye, the lawyer declined to take his case.
Should they indeed proceed to file for divorce, this scenario promises to be an intriguing one, given that our well-informed sources affirm the absence of a prenup. What adds an extra layer of complexity to this situation is the revelation that Kanye has actually incurred losses since tying the knot with Bianca. In California, where assets and debts are divided equally, this could initially suggest that she might even owe money.
