Kanye West has once again ignited the flames of his long-standing feud with Taylor Swift on social media, reigniting a controversy that refuses to die down. In a series of inflammatory posts on X (formerly known as Twitter) on Thursday, West boldly alleged that both Justin Bieber and Harry Styles had intimate relations with Swift, while continuing to post highly offensive content on the platform.
"Let me give you an illustration of racism," he began, his words dripping with provocation. "Justin Bieber and Harry Styles both slept with Taylor Swift, and they didn't even bother to inform me. Oh, I almost forgot. I'm not one to hold grudges. But let me make it absolutely clear—this tweet is one thousand percent true."
In subsequent posts, his tone grew even more erratic, adding, "I know Taylor, but how the hell does he know that?" This is far from the first time West has made headlines by dragging Taylor Swift into his public meltdowns. Their tumultuous relationship dates back to the 2009 MTV VMAs, when West interrupted Swift's acceptance speech for Video of the Year.
On his 2016 song "Famous," West rapped, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that bitch famous." Swift was publicly outraged by the lyric, and Kim Kardashian eventually leaked snippets of a phone call between West and Swift, where they discussed the track. Reflecting on the incident in a 2023 interview, Swift revealed that it felt like a "career death" at the time. "Make no mistake—my career was essentially stolen from me," she said. "You have a completely fabricated scenario, backed by an illegally recorded phone call that Kim Kardashian edited and released, painting me as a liar."
Taylor Swift is certainly not the only celebrity West has targeted on social media in recent weeks. He has also made crude remarks about Jay-Z and Beyonce's children, accused numerous other artists of betrayal, and more. In one particularly vulgar post, he declared, "I'm pissed I haven't slept with Taylor Swift…yet."
