The controversial rapper Kanye West made a sensational return to the Grammys on Sunday, stunning onlookers even before he set foot inside the venue. As he strolled down the red carpet, his wife, Bianca Censori, dramatically shed her fur coat to unveil a sheer slip dress, leaving her completely nude beneath the gaze of cameras.
The couple arrived together at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, and once Censori's revealing attire was exposed, they quickly caused a scandal on the red carpet. Meanwhile, West was dressed in an all-black ensemble, accessorized with black sunglasses.
Despite their red carpet appearance, West and Censori were nowhere to be found inside the venue afterward. Rumors circulated online that the pair had been ejected from the event and were not officially invited. However, a source close to the Grammys refuted these rumors, clarifying that West simply "walked the carpet, got in his car, and left."
West's career took a dramatic downturn in December 2022 when he made an unhinged appearance on Alex Jones' now-defunct "Infowars" talk show, praising Adolf Hitler and expressing antisemitic sentiments. Despite this, he still managed to achieve success in 2024 with "Carnival," a collaborative single with Ty Dolla Sign, Rich the Kid, and Playboi Carti, which topped the US Billboard Hot 100. The track, from his collaborative album "Vultures 1" with Ty Dolla Sign, is nominated for Best Rap Song at tonight's Grammy ceremony.
West's most recent release, "Vultures 2," was dropped in August with Ty Dolla Sign as part of their ongoing ¥$ collaboration. During a concert in China last September, West announced that his next album would be named "Bully" and teased a new song called "Beauty and the Beast."
Censori, an architect who works for West's Yeezy company, reportedly tied the knot with the rapper in a private ceremony in January 2023. Throughout his career, West has been nominated for 75 Grammys and has won 24.
