The acclaimed rapper behind "Stronger" alleges that he was involved in a sexual relationship with a relative during his youth—an experience that he claims served as the muse for his upcoming song titled "Cousins."

"This track," Kanye shared on April 21st via X (formerly known as Twitter), "is called 'COUSINS,' detailing my cousin who is now serving a life sentence for murdering a pregnant woman, years after I ended our disturbing habit of poring over sleazy magazines together."

The Grammy-winning artist further delved into his guilt-ridden reflections, acknowledging his involvement in the inappropriate behavior with his unnamed cousin. "Perhaps, amidst my self-centered turmoil, I unfairly blamed myself for introducing him to those vulgar magazines at the tender age of six," Kanye continued, "leading us to act out the scenes we witnessed within."

Moreover, the 47-year-old confided the source of these explicit publications, stating, "While my father possessed Playboy magazines, the ones I discovered tucked away at the top of my mother's closet were of an entirely different nature."

Adding a stark confession, Kanye revealed, "My name is Ye, and I engaged in oral sex with my cousin until I was 14 years old."

This isn't the first time the Yeezy founder, who co-parents North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5, with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, has publicly addressed aspects of his past recently.

Earlier this month, Kanye issued an apology to his former friend Jay-Z for a since-deleted social media post where he questioned the mental capacity of the "Empire State of Mind" rapper and his wife Beyoncé's 7-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir Carter. "I’m sorry Jay Z," Kanye penned on X on April 10th. "I often feel regretful about that tweet, yet I still believe I’ve dedicated my life to this industry, considering many within it as family. Yet, when I truly needed support, none of these so-called rap comrades had my back."
