Kanye West's Sale of $14 Million Wyoming Ranch Reveals Where He Stands With Bianca Censori

It appears as though Kanye West and Bianca Censori are still going strong, despite earlier breakup speculations this year. The sale of the "Gold Digger" rapper's ranch in Greybull, Wyoming, offers compelling evidence that he and his wife were still very much together as of late last month.

Indeed, Bianca was the one who notarized the sale of Kanye's Bighorn Mountain Ranch on his behalf on September 17th, before the official documents were filed on September 22nd. This information was obtained from the Bighorn County Clerk's office by local outlet Cowboy State Daily.

In the weeks leading up to the sale of the Wyoming estate—which he sold back to the same family from whom he bought it for $14 million in 2019—Kanye and Bianca had a rare public date in California at breakfast chain Denny's, marking a string of public confirmations that the pair was still together despite earlier speculation they were headed for divorce after two years of marriage.

Back in April, Kanye—who shares kids North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6, with ex-wife Kim Kardashian—released a snippet of a song titled "BIANCA" that seemingly confirmed Bianca had left him. "My baby she ran away," raps the 48-year-old. "But first she tried to get me committed / Not going to the hospital 'cause I am not sick I just do not get it." He adds, "She's having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted / Until Bianca's back I stay up all night I'm not going to sleep / I really don't know where she's at."

The month prior, he also hinted at his willingness to sign divorce papers by sharing a screenshot of a redacted text exchange, saying he "would sign" something and doesn't "care" about the "terms proposed." "When you look at that betrayal list I realized I was just a part of people's strategies," Kanye wrote on X (formerly Twitter) in March. "I took the word love to mean love when it really meant I love the opportunity." He continued, "I make decisions from my heart and mind. So when my heart is broken it breaks my mind too. That’s why I drank Henny to go to the awards that night. Just too many slaps in the face."
