Ozempic hasn't quite caught the eye of Ashley Tisdale, the High School Musical alum who has shared her thoughts on this GLP-1 medication – a class of drugs primarily employed to treat type 2 diabetes and obesity. Despite it being Hollywood's most guarded secret, Ashley was well-aware of its existence.
"In LA, nobody would admit to using Ozempic," she wrote on her website, ByAshleyFrench. "I overheard whispers about people getting 'the jab,' and then I learned that some were using diabetes medicine off-label to lose weight. But it was all very hush-hush, and nobody was overly forthcoming about it."

While the 40-year-old mother of two, Jupiter, 4, and Emerson, 13 months, with husband Christopher French, initially declined to join the bandwagon, she confessed that she later entertained the idea of trying the injectable drug.
"I've had moments when I've wondered, 'Is everyone using Ozempic except me?'" she continued, admitting, "There were days when I was tempted."
Indeed, the "Be Good to Me" singer noted that the temptation was particularly strong after giving birth. "I remember feeling frustrated when I was three months postpartum, wondering why I still had a belly," she recalled. "Now I look back at pictures and think, 'Of course I had a belly – I had just had a baby!'"
Instead of turning to the medication, Ashley stuck to her fitness regimen – which included yoga, Pilates, and daily walks – to shed her baby weight. "Maybe it would have gone faster with a GLP-1," she said, "but that wasn't the path I took."
She ultimately declined to take the medication because she simply "decided that Ozempic isn't the right move for me." The Phineas and Ferb star also made it clear that while she opted not to use the drug, she encouraged others to make the choice that's best for themselves. "I have absolutely ZERO judgment toward anyone using Ozempic or other similar medications," she declared. "I'm not using Ozempic, but if you are, that's your call and it's completely valid."
