Bianca Censori is bound to her love with Kanye West. Indeed, the architect spoke out for the first time about the impact her husband's mental health struggles and bipolar disorder had on their relationship. "All I can do is always just be there and help," said Bianca, who married Kanye in 2022 after his divorce from Kim Kardashian, through tears in an interview with Vanity Fair published on Feb. 6. "This year was a lot like doing CPR for months."
As Bianca explained, she chose to stand by her husband through the last year as they navigated his bipolar diagnosis, the fallout from his antisemitic comments—which he recently apologized for—and the personal comments he publicly made about their relationship. "I have the love and empathy for him to be able to do that," the 31-year-old said. "And I understand that the world doesn't."

Bianca admitted that at one point she considered leaving the Grammy winner when what she called "surface-level" feelings arose. However, she vowed to stay and support him through his latest chapter. "You know, he has to go through his process in how he amends that," she shared. "And I'm here to support and love and be with him. We're like the same person."
Bianca went on to assure that their love is real, despite chatter that she's only with the 45-year-old for status. "I didn't marry my husband because I wanted some sort of platform," she told Vanity Fair. "I married him because I love him. Is that like the corniest thing ever?"
As for the early days of their romance—which began while she worked for his Yeezy brand—the model credited her "proximity" to the rapper as one of the key parts of getting to know each other. "Just working together," Bianca noted. "You're spending so much time with somebody. So we'd be either on the phone together or with each other all the time." She added, "We're so similar."
And when it comes to their next steps, Bianca expressed her desire to have children with the rapper—who shares kids North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6, with Kim—sometime in the future. Until then, she marvels at the relationship Kanye has with his children. "He's a really awesome dad," she said. "He's fun and will do things like almost build worlds for them. I remember one time they came over and he made the whole room foam so they could jump on everything... It's really cute, especially if you're a little kid—a tiny, short little bub."
