Kate Gosselin has kept her equation free from the addition of marriage. The former "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star put an end to the speculation surrounding her relationship status with boyfriend Steve Neild after a TikTok video surfaced on January 7th, where the 50-year-old appeared with a ring on that finger.
"Whooaaaa. Did you get married? I am so happy that you are happy," a fan wrote in the comments. "And how have you kept the weight off during your recovery?"

Kate, who shares twins Mady and Cara (25) and sextuplets Alexis, Joel, Leah, Aadan, Hannah, and Collin (all 21) with ex-husband Jon Gosselin, quickly squashed the rumors. "No lol, that's just my regular jewelry," she replied. "I gained 15 pounds but hope now that I'm moving around it'll go."
While wedding bells did not ring for the former TLC star, she did offer a glimpse of her relationship with Steve. In the clip, Kate—who is on crutches after recovering from a "life-altering" leg injury in December—browsed for clothes in a local shop while on vacation with Steve, who was behind the camera. After picking up a few items, Kate revealed that she spent over $100 of Steve's money during her shopping spree.
"And my GoFundMe, Steve, treated me to a few items," Kate quipped. "But he also got a t-shirt and a pair of shorts. It's really rare that he buys himself any clothing, so I'm really happy and proud of him."
She added, "Now we're going to the beach!"
Kate and Steve—who was a bodyguard for the Gosselin family from 2008-2014—went public with their romance in November. (For his part, that same month her ex Jon wed Stephanie Lebo.) The former healthcare professional made the reveal in a sweet November 8th Instagram video dedicated to her obsessions.
Included in the photo carousel were two pictures of Steve, in which Kate captioned, "My boyfriend."
