In another frame, Perry—donning a dark-colored swimsuit—snuggled up close to Trudeau, as the 53-year-old former leader of Canada gently placed his hand on her lower back.
The pair first sparked rumors of a romance when they were spotted dining together in July at Le Violon in Montréal, as captured by footage obtained by TMZ. An eyewitness recounted to the outlet that the duo enjoyed cocktails and shared several delectable dishes, including one featuring lobster. Security personnel reportedly kept a watchful eye on the couple throughout their meal, and after dinner, they allegedly made their way into the kitchen to express their gratitude to the staff for the delightful dining experience.
Days after their cozy dinner, Trudeau attended Perry's sold-out concert in Canada. In various photos and videos circulating on social media, Trudeau—accompanied by his 16-year-old daughter, Ella-Grace—was seen beaming with joy as he watched Perry captivate the audience at Montreal’s Bell Centre. In one particularly endearing clip, Trudeau could be seen singing along to Perry’s 2013 hit, "Dark Horse."

The blossoming romance comes on the heels of Perry's recent split from Orlando Bloom, with whom she shares a 4-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove. Perry and her former fiancé confirmed their breakup in July after over a decade together.
