Kendra Wilkinson isn't afraid to speak her mind about her latest lifestyle choice. After all, the former Playboy model has shared her decision to start taking GLP-1 medication for weight loss. "There's nothing worse than being in a gym every single day, working out and not seeing any progress," Kendra told Us Weekly in an interview published on March 23. "I've hit 40. I'm happy. I'm at peace, but I noticed that my jeans are a little tighter lately, so I don't want to go out and shop anymore."
In fact, the Girls Next Door alum—who shares kids Hank, 16, and Alijah, 11, with ex-husband Hank Baskett—quipped, "Mama is on a budget, so I have to fit back in my jeans." But she isn't looking to make a major transformation. "I just want to be balanced out," she explained. "I don't really want to be skinny, but I just want to be balanced and fit in my jeans again."

While the real estate agent is ready to take the plunge, her decision comes nearly a year after she first tried the weight loss medication. "I started the weight loss shots," she wrote on her Instagram Stories in April. "Only did one. Nevermind. Throwing away!!"
As for why she decided against the move at the time? The potential side effects. "I'm actually okay with a little weight gain," she shared in a follow-up post. "Happier in life nowadays. Heard too many horror stories around me."
Kendra hasn't shied away from comments made about her body, like the criticism she's received on social media. "Yes, I've gained weight," she wrote on her Instagram Stories in January 2025. "Yes, I'm aging. Yes, I'm not that girl I was before (Playboy girl). For once in a long time, I feel good and mentally healthy. Kids are my everything. Feeling pretty balanced. Working out and cooking a lot more. Golf, work. No housekeeper or nanny."
"Please know that I'm happy, healthy, and at peace in life finally," she emphasized. "Leave me alone and respect that I'm where I actually want to be finally all together."
