In her confessional segment, Kim admits, "I had intended to stay single. I was misleading you all. Pretending I wasn't dating, didn't want love, or attention? You really don't know me." In October 2024, a trusted source told PEOPLE that the aspiring law student was immersed in her career and motherhood, with no time for romance. "She's not even dating anyone now. It's all about work and the kids," the source revealed, referring to Kim's four children—North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5—whom she shares with her ex-husband, Kanye West.

Following her split from the "Graduation" rapper, 47, in 2021 after six years of marriage, Kim embarked on a nine-month romance with comedian Pete Davidson in 2022. He even made an appearance in Season 2 of "The Kardashians," detailing how their romance blossomed after collaborating on Kim's hosting debut on "Saturday Night Live" in October 2021. Kim recounted, "I called the producer at SNL and asked for Pete's number. I wasn't even thinking, 'Oh my god, I'm going to be in a relationship with him.' I just heard about his BDE [Big Dick Energy] and wanted to get out there, like I needed a jumpstart. I was basically DTF [Down To Fuck]."

In September 2023, a source told PEOPLE that Kim was spending time with Odell Beckham Jr. following his breakup with Lauren Wood. However, by April, their relationship had reportedly "fizzled out." During an appearance on the "On Purpose with Jay Shetty" podcast in May 2023, Kim described herself as a hopeless romantic, expressing her desire to share her life with someone special. "I'll always be a hopeless romantic, always wanting to be in love and definitely love sharing my life with someone, and love creating a life with someone," she said. "I'll take my time. There are many factors to consider, especially when you have kids and need to be mindful of the people who enter your life."

While open to finding a partner, Kim emphasized that she doesn't need someone to be responsible for her happiness. "I'm truly content. My babies, my family, my life, and experiences make me happy," she said.

The trailer also teases other exciting milestones, including sister Khloé Kardashian's 40th birthday, the sisters' trip to India for the lavish Ambani wedding, and North's performance in "The Lion King" at The Hollywood Bowl. "The Kardashians" Season 6 returns to Hulu on Thursday, February 6th, at 12 a.m. EST.
