Hulu's upcoming limited series, "Count My Lies," continues to amass a star-studded ensemble, with the latest addition being none other than Kit Harington from "Game of Thrones." He will take on the lead role opposite Lindsay Lohan and Shailene Woodley, portraying Jay Lockhart, half of a "gorgeous and charismatic" married couple in New York and Violet's (Lohan) husband.

Based on a novel by Sophie Stava, "Count My Lies" is being adapted by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger ("This Is Us," "How I Met Your Father"). The series' premise is a compelling one: compulsive liar Sloane Caraway (Woodley) manipulates her way into a nanny position for Violet and Jay Lockhart, seemingly landing her dream job. However, little does Sloane know, she has just entered a household brimming with secrets that are about to explode, with potentially catastrophic consequences for all.
Hulu snapped up the series in August after several months of development. "Count My Lies" hails from 20th Television, where Aptaker and Berger have an overall deal. Aptaker and Berger serve as showrunners and executive producers through their Walk-Up Company, alongside Lohan, Woodley, director Antonio Campos, and The Walk-Up Company's Scott Morgan.
Harington is fresh off Apple's feature film "The Family Plan 2" and will next be seen in season four of HBO's "Industry," premiering in January; he'll be a series regular on the show after recurring in season three. Other recent credits include Netflix's "Too Much" and the 2024 feature "The Beast Within." Harington is represented by CAA, United Agents, Shafran PR, and attorney Karl Austen.
