Kit Harington is poised to take the lead in orchestrating future reunion events with his former "Game of Thrones" co-star, Sophie Turner. The two actors shine in Natasha Kermani's latest gothic horror film, "The Dreadful," where they transform into romantic leads—a role Harington describes as "a bit peculiar." Prior to this, they were half-siblings Jon Snow and Sansa Stark on the eight-season HBO Emmy-winning series.
"She was the one who sent that movie to me and somehow didn't see what I saw in it," Harington recently told E! News. "I was thinking, 'These guys, they're lovers, right? I felt very odd about that.'" He added with a chuckle, "It was slightly embarrassing, having to get on an apple box to kiss her because she's about a foot taller than me. But other than that, my dignity was pretty intact."

Despite the quirky moments while filming their romantic scenes in the film, Harington admitted it was still a delight to reunite with Turner after "Game of Thrones" wrapped up in 2019. "It was a wonderful opportunity to be with her again and work together," the actor said. "What was lovely is that we got on set together and our friendship completely reignited. It felt like being with family. It really did."
In "The Dreadful," Turner plays Anne and her mother-in-law, Morwen (played by Marcia Gay Harden), who lead a solitary and harsh life on the outskirts of society. But when a man, played by Harington, returns from their past, he sets off a chain of horrifying events that will forever alter Anne's life.
